Université Paris-Saclay is dedicated to enhancing the accessibility of its Master’s programs to international students offered by its faculties, component-institutions, and associated universities. The university aims to facilitate the process for highly qualified international students to join its academic community, particularly those interested in pursuing research up to the doctoral level.

Application Procedure:
Upon selection, students will receive an email with a link to an online application form. Applicants must complete this form and provide the names and contact details of two referees (such as the director of studies, professor, or internship coordinator).
The named referees will receive an email with a link to an online recommendation form. They are required to complete and submit the form before the scholarship call deadline. Applicants will receive notifications when each referee submits the form.
The scholarship application will be considered complete only when both recommendation forms have been submitted by the referees. Please note: applicants will not receive a confirmation message of the application’s completion. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that both referees submit the form by the provided deadline.
Incomplete or overdue programs can be mechanically rejected.
Eligibility Criteria:
Eligible candidates include:
Students admitted to a Paris-Saclay University Master’s program delivered by institutions such as AgroParisTech, CentraleSupelec, ENS Paris-Saclay, INSTN-CEA, IOGS, UEVE, UPSaclay, UVSQ.
Among these students, eligibility is extended to those who meet one of the following criteria:
Newly arrived global students, elderly 30 or more youthful all through the choice year.
Foreign-nationality students residing in France for less than a year, previously or currently enrolled in a non-certification training course or internship.
Foreign-nationality students residing in France for less than a year, enrolled in language classes (type FFL).
Students who have previously lived in France as part of a mobility program during their studies (e.g., Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degrees, exchange programs) that did not lead to certification.
Ineligible candidates include:
Students previously or currently enrolled in a French higher education institution, except international students enrolled in a French higher education institution abroad.
Students with an interruption in their studies exceeding 3 consecutive years.
Students receiving other funding exceeding €650 per month.
Additionally, in collaboration with UNHCR (the UN Refugee Agency) and supported by the MEnS association (Migrants dans l’Enseignement supérieur / Migrants in Higher Education), Paris-Saclay University offers a bonus system For refugee college students or people with subsidiary safety inside the framework of the IDEX scholarship scale. Applicants falling under this category are encouraged to indicate their status in the statement of purpose upon submitting the application to the master’s degree program.
