2024 Coca-Cola HBC International Leadership Graduate Trainee Programme.

The Coca-Cola HBC International Leadership Graduate Trainee Program is a comprehensive development initiative designed to nurture talented individuals and prepare them for leadership roles within Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (HBC), one of the largest bottlers of Coca-Cola products in the world.

The International Leadership Graduate Trainee Program typically lasts for a period of 18 to 24 months and consists of several rotations through different business areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, human resources, and operations. During each rotation, trainees work on challenging projects and assignments, gaining exposure to different aspects of the business and building a broad understanding of Coca-Cola HBC’s operations and strategic priorities.

In addition to gaining practical experience, participants in the program receive ongoing support and guidance from experienced mentors and coaches who help them navigate their career development journey and maximize their potential. They also have the opportunity to participate in training workshops, seminars, and networking events to enhance their leadership and professional skills and expand their professional networks.

The Coca-Cola HBC International Leadership Trainee Program is for high caliber talents at the beginning of their professional journey. The program incorporates international exposure and strong leadership curriculum, enabling participants to operate within one of our markets across the 29 countries we’re established. During its tenure, trainees are entrusted with the management of intricate strategic projects, equipping them with the requisite skills and knowledge required for the next leadership layer.

The International Leadership Trainee program is dedicated to build commercial expertise. This means you will be able to learn on-the-job how we are creating and implementing our commercial strategy. You will also develop significant soft skills, strategic thinking, public speaking, stakeholders’ management and other leadership capabilities. Requirements For The Coca-Cola HBC International Leadership Graduate Trainee Program.

  • You want to build a commercial career in a high-performance driven environment (e.g. sales, digital commerce, commercial finance)
  • You are determined, curious and self-driven​
  • You enjoy assignments that provide variety, intensive collaboration and challenge​
  • You are open to different people and perspectives ​​
  • You are ambitious to lead change, projects and people​​
  • You are open to relocate to another country to accelerate your career​​
  • You have 1-3 years of work experience in any business-related area​
  • You have a university degree or you are in your last year at university and able to commit full-time (40 hours/ week)​​
  • You are fluent in English​​

Send us your CV and answer a few questions. Once you are done, we will ask you to go through a Business Reasoning test and complete a short video interview. 

BUSINESS INTERVIEW & COMPETENCE  VALIDATION

You will be invited for an interview with a Recruitment Manager and a Senior Commercial Leader. After the interview, you will receive extensive feedback, to support your self-reflection and prepare you for the next process step. 

MARKET CHALLENGE & GM INTERVIEW

Let’s go to the market with a business simulation. You will be supported by our Sales team, you will be asked to observe and listen, then share your reflections with the Country General Manager and the People & Culture Director during a meeting. INTERNATIONAL ASSESSMENT CENTER & FINAL MEETING WITH SENIOR LEADERS

The online assessment day will be full of interactions & simulations, followed by 1-hour session with a professional coach. All this is to prepare you for the final stage – a meeting with our Group Senior Leaders.
